I have too many presentations and had to buy a new ibook. My old one has been sitting here for a while now. I decided to take it to a little "mom and pop" computer store that fixes apple computer to see what they said about it. They told me that it was probably the “internal dc in board connector,” but without opening it up they weren’t sure. I wasn’t paying the $75 diagnostics fee to find out, so I’m selling it.
Here are the specs:
500 mhz dual usb
192 mb ram
10 gig hard drive
cd-rom
12 inch screen
Before it stopped working . . .
The battery was lasting about 3.5 hours of normal use and
There were no dead pixels
The latch doesn’t lock the lid shut anymore.
There is normal wear on the touchpad.
There are some light scratches on the lid.
I believe that I have all the original software.
I do not have the original box or manuals.
The charger is included but it doesn’t have the extension cable (I never used it and have no idea where I put it).
