Windows on floppy?

Does anyone know where I can get Windows 98 on floppy? I tried on Ebay, but they were selling it for around $100. I really don't want to pay that much.

I have this old IBM thinkpad that I got for free, but it came with no Windows 98 disks. It has a virus and I want to connect it to the internet, so I need the disks.

Any help would be very appreciated.
