Disc Mounting Problems

Does anyone else have this issue? Whenever I burn a CD with an external CD burner, it doesn't mount after the "verify" part is complete. I have to log out and log back in, then the disc is there. It burns fine, but it's SOOO annoying. It's an issue with all three of my drives, and all of the macs in the studio. I've been emailing Apple about it since 10.1.2.

Anyone know how to fix this, or know anything about it?
