I need to change my iphones Serial number, is there any possible way to do this.... ?

i really dont care if its legal or not haha

Nope. Nothing can do this. Deal with your problem, as it is illegal.

Having said that, the OP does not deserve any help, and it is against the forum rules to assist him, even if it were possible.

Yes, but the therad starter may find the thought of rubbing noses with a sniffling snotty pig snout quite appealing.

And realy if it was my phone he had got hold of illegally, then i'd whish he had got swine flu, bird flu and SARS all at once.

My friend changes serial numbers all the time. Go to a Apple store, make a appointment with a genius first and say you need to change the serial number of the iPhone. They will plug it to their pc and in mean time take name, address and email. Your iPhone should be restored to factory settings and with a new serial number. Also this will cost some time and money to do this.

No... this doesn't happen. You change serial numbers by getting a new iPhone. This is the only way. The serial number is never different than the physical number on the back of the phone or the box.

This gave me a laugh :) I'm always surprised that people think Macrumors is the place to find this stuff out, I mean come on . . .
