iTunes burning user problems

Apart from me (admin), the other users can't seem to burn from iTunes...like you click burn and the burn button opens then closes again..

maybe they dont have enough access privlages. Or, u got to put all the songs u have on ur admin accout, duplicate em, then put em in the drop box for the user u eant to trasferr to. that might work. if it doesnt, ask alpha.
