Guys,

Help me out...I made a big mistake. I knew I was making the mistake when I did it and I still went ahead and did it.

I bought my mother-in-law a Dell. Now I'm under attack with support calls from her. How do I get my email? What is my password? What is MSN? How do I download pictures from the piece-of-junk free 2mp camera they bundled?

I need to drop this Dell and get her an eMac. I should have done it from the start.

If your mom-in-law can't remember her password, and doesn't know what MSN is, I'm not sure she'll do THAT much better with an eMac. Though the camera part will be easier.
