Why the hell does this download keep getting cut off?

I'm trying to download this (funny) video: http://media.ebaumsworld.com/index.php?e=grapefall.wmv (over 2MB)

but:

in Mozilla, the download gets cut off and saved to my desktop at less than 100KB
in Safari, the download gets cut off and saved to my desktop at 760KB
in I.E., the download gets cut off and saved to my desktop at less than 250KB.

Is anyone able to get this download going...better yet, has anyone just gone through my disappointments and found a workaround? For the past five or so videos I tried from ebaumsworld, this is the type of s*** I keep getting: download cutoffs. Why?!??

I am using Opera and the file downloaded in about 5 seconds...

The same exact thing was happening to me with RapidWeaver last week. The download would get cut off at about 700 KB. I just downloaded it on another computer. If you wanted, I would be willing to email the file to you. Just PM me with your email address.
