Iphone 16GB blocked (help)

hi there i got an iphone 16Gb it been blocked because these phone is BLOCKED as it was lost for a short time but then found again.

Now i got new one from insurance company, i heard we can unblock this iphone by some softwares...

can anybody help me please to unblock this iphone 16GB

So if it's yours and you lost it, you then got it disabled by your carrier, when found they should have no problem enabling it for you.

No, if you stole it, which includes 'finding it', then no. If you got a new one with insurance then no. But, if you are the rightful owner of the phone then call your carrier and they will unblock it for free.

If the phone isn't stolen or fallen off the back of a lorry, your carrier will help you.

If the carrier has blocked the IMEI because it is dodgy (one way or another)...good luck.
