I just installed this on my iPhone yesterday and my question is if I install hacked apps from Installous would I be able to use iTunes to back up my iPhone? Or would that not be a smart thing to do since they are hacked apps? Any feedback would greatly be appreciated.

i do not support piracy either but if i were to guess there is probably a sync with itunes switch in the settings. as for will itunes to catch you i do not know but in all fairness you did break the law and if you get caught you get caught and you'll wish you would have just bought those apps!

How come I can't find installous anymore in Cydia? I reformatted my phone and now I can't find it again.

You must add this source in Cydia to get any applications like Installous from Hackulous:
