My school (newingtoncollege.nsw.edu.au) is entirely PC-based except for one iMac in the AV room and maybe a few Macs at a second primary school campus...they have decided to not use Macs after they switched to PC a few years back...I know that the out-of-date library computers are going to be updated next year...whats the possibility that they can be convinced to switch back by then? Is there is a possibility, can you make suggestions to how I can be as convincing as possible...

...on Macs. A recent study showed that they're much cheaper in the long run. Also, 10.2 should integrate quite nicely with a Windows network, and even better if they're using *nix servers to run it. Getting the whole school to switch, however, is probably impossible because of the software investment. You'd have to wait until they were going to upgrade software and hardware simultaneously anyway. Basically I think you should show that they're cheaper and won't cause any problems.
