he said that it will be able to play some xbox 360 games without losing graphics, he mentioned gears of war being one of them.

I think he is right since he is my friend so I can't wait for this!

i also think your friend is lieing.
it would be pointless to GOW on iPhone, and the HDD couldn't hold the games. the controls would be awful and Apple and Microsoft will never make a contract that would allow that.

My brother works at the 5th Ave. store. Apple employees haven't been told anything and will probably find out about the next iPhone at the same time as everyone else considering the inevitable month in between announcement and launch being used as "training" time.

I haven't logged onto these forums in 6 months, but seriously... this is the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. You are expecting an iphone to do what a 512mb high-end gfx card struggles to do? Unless there is a gfx card dongle being release, you sir, have just become the dumbest person I have encountered today.

Well, I am sure you will be quite interested to know that *I* work at Apple, and I can tell you that not only will the new iPhone play Xbox360 games, it will also play PS3 games and Wii games too! Plus it has a special adapter so you can load Blu-ray disks, and it shrinks them down so they fit inside the iPhone. It's pretty amazing. Don't tell Steve Jobs I said anything, because if he finds out, he'll be mad.

One of my friends from within Apple HQ said that there also will be a all-you-can-eat subscription pass to all of the music, tv shows and movies for only $0.99/month, and it's all DRM free!

Piss taking aside - I don't see why not in a generation or two.
Couple OnLive, a multicore iPhone and a cable/wireless to a HDTV And this becomes very feasible.
If a MacBook Air can play games at high res I can't see why an iPhone won't be able to very soon. Media out to Tv to play iPhone games is close.

heyy i am steve jobs brother and yeaa he told me that there coming out with this sick new iphone it has 4 different screens on it.. on one screenu can play wii game the other u can play ps3 games the other u can play 360 games and the main one u can use the ipohne and its apps.. oh and it has 8 cameras.. 1 on the front and one on the back of every screen.. cant wait for this one to come out.. im telling you i am reliable.. i have no friends either.. wanna be my friend... i lost all my friends for being so damn gullible and they screwed me over :( this is gonna be a killer mannnnnnnn.. oh yea forgot to mention i am taking preorders on this one!!
