Absolutely! I love that I live in a place where I'm perfectly free to despise nearly everything that the government does these days without fear of persecution or worse. So for that, thank you America. Happy Birthday! :D

interesting thing.... my nephew was born on july 4th so it's easy to remember his bday. but my niece was born... what was that day.... oh yes, september 11.... so now they are both easy to remember, though not so happily....
my niece even said something like "we both have famous birthdays...." she's 5... he's turning 3 today. "famous"... just thought i'd share.

haha. i don't think i'm the one who is always bringing up why america sucks... though i see plenty of reasons.
i don't get too excited about the 4th of july though. just another federal holiday...

I think the 4th is great. Not only do we celebrate our Independance, but we, some of us, get to blow things up, fireworks only please.:)
I hope all have a safe and spectactular holiday.

Dude, you got something totally wrong I guess! I don't think that the US sucks in general. I just had a dispute with people who:
a) said that the US are the best anyway in everything
b) the best country in the world without bringing reasons why
c) have a different opinion about the current foreign policy of the US
But I guess you know that anyway and just wanted to provoke a little bit...

Oh come on, how about blowing up plastic milk jugs full of water? Bottle rockets seem to work very well for that........... :D :D :D
