My favorite quote I've seen here is:

"There are three types of people in this world..Those who can count and those who can't.."

I can't remember the exact quote or who said it but I thought that was pretty funny.

hehe...yeah, that cracked me up. The quote was "She is cool because she is hot".

HA HA HA!

I think we were talking about Alyssa Milano or Catherine Bell....cant remember....there's also one from MacAztec (was macuser then..)

"Apple's G4. 4+3 (g3) equals 7,which is the number of days the Apple Store is open in a week. 7+24(number of hours Apple Store is open) equals 31(number of days in the average month). Now subtact 11(OS 10.1 10+1=11) and you get 20. 20 minus 15(number of full moons per year) equals 5. 5 is the next revolution in the Apple chip...G5!"

Yo Ensign, you've GOT to include at least one bit of Spikey's wisdom in this. I'll not be so bold as to suggest which one, though. That should be left up to you, as it's your site and all. Still, Spikey had a way with words. Ah, I miss that guy... ;)

RE: The wildest possibility for MWNY 02

Steve comes out and announces the death of the Power PC.....
( Shocked silence)
..... Instead Apple will be partnering with IBM and Sony to purchase Transmeta and Altivec.
(more shocked silence)
In Fact the new architecture will now simulate ANY chip ever produced.
(Riotous applause)
"The new chip will be shipping in August in the all new Powermac GX in Dual, Quad and Octet models starting at $1999.00. DDR, 333Mhz bus, Hypertransport, up to 4GB of RAM, ATA133 with HW RAID and 4 channels on a daughter card swappable for serial ATA. AGP8x, PCI66 Std, FW2, 2 optical drives std, built in DSL modem and optional Cable/Satellite modem."
(Thunderous applause, chanting , singing , crying)

Oh, and just 1 more thing......

" Our programmers have been working overtime to make OS X all it can be..... In fact you can now install OS X on X86 as well as Power PC, AND you can now run Unix, Linux and Windows Apps directly from OS X when installed on a Macintosh."

(Stunned silence followed by chanting of "STEVE! STEVE! STEVE!")

" In fact..... With the new Architecture of the GX chip and the power of OS X you can now run ANY PROGRAM EVER WRITTEN on your new PowerMac... shipping in August... ahem.."

( SJ gets his water and heads to the Demo table)
( A wild orgy insues while J. Ives walks on)
