OK. I've got two 256 MB sticks of eMac RAM. One is from a new eMac, which I beleive also works in iMacs. I also have a 256 stick from the previous generation eMac. Both are the original sticks that came from Apple. They work fine, I just bumped them up to 512 sticks and have no use for these. I know close to nothing about RAM specs, but I'll answer whatever I can. I'm sure that the Apple website can provide more details on the techie aspects of these sticks than I can, but I'll try my best.
