It's out there, but we're not going to help you get it without paying for it. Apple charges $10 for iPod touch users, and however you feel about it, trying to circumvent the charge is stealing. The MacRumors ToS state very clearly that helping someone do that is again forum rules.

Dude, if something is being sold by the maker and you try to get it without paying it is stealing.
