In my opinion, HDR in b/w has to be really thoughtfully composed or there's no point in doing it. Quite honestly I find the subject of your photos to be boring and flat. You can't make an uninteresting picture interesting simply with post-processing.
Please re-think your composition and find something actually worth taking an HDR shot of, then post it.

Believe me I know post-processing cannot be relied on to make a shot look good, you need a good image in the first place. I've said that in other threads. However, I did say I have no experience in photography so I'm not saying they will be good. Thanks for ur comment, any tips on how it should have been composed. I thought a straight on shot would have been boring so I thought a shot from below would help give a more over powering/sinister feel.

The one on the right is better than the one on the left.
Left: feels crowded, no immediately identifiable subject or focus. Flat lighting.
right: better angle and spatial positioning, but still a little flat on the lighting and again the subject is a little ambiguous. Rule of thirds should be applied better; perhaps shifting the angle so that the house takes up 2/3 of the frame horizontally instead of 90%...

Thanks I think I prefered the 2nd too. So I need to work on lighting more, and I remember reading about the rule of thirds will try use it in future. The subject is meant to be the house. I suppose if it takes up 90% of the image people will be looking for a different subject, is that what u mean?
