Think about that for a minute, they already have a processor that can do HD, all they need is to add a little better camera, and more storage. Apple would probably bump the processor speed and ram anyway to make encoding/decoding faster.

The 3GS will probably be renamed iPhone 3G take the $99 spot, and a new one called iPhone HD comes in at the $199/$299 spot with 32/64GB of storage.

If there is anything that Apple (Marketing) is guilty of, it's the liberal use of the adjective "extreme". I know I would be thrilled if they never used it again.

Tired of GS? Do you even have a clue as to what the model name means? It runs on a 3G network and was given an S to mean "speed." You then throw out other add-on names that Apple has used for years as "cool" names?

Also, it's not going to be a 4G phone because even if there is a 4G radio, it'll probably suck too much power for Apple's taste.
