Our Client is looking for a stellar iPhone developer with at least two to three years experience, to develop their applications for iPhone. The right candidate is willing to work at their New York location. He/she should be self-directed, and have an enthusiasm for bringing forth innovative mobile applications.
Job Description:
· Handle projects from concept to delivery
· Work on developing new applications on this platform
· Develop both native iPhone applications and safari based iPhone applications
· Develop new and extend the existing code base
· Collaborate with the team to create innovative front-end UI designs
· Add new features to high-profile iPhone applications
· Integration of applications to Apple Store
· Work closely together with other iPhone Developers, Designers, and QA team
· Deliver high-quality code on a tight schedule
Job Requirements:
· Knowledge and at least 2-3 years of development experience (intermediate to expert level) of mobile applications on iPhone/iTouch
· Experience in Objective C / Cocoa Framework / iPhone SDK
· Experience Implementing the SDK features as GPS/Location will be a great plus
· Strong experience with XCode, Interface Builder or/and Subversion
· Experience with Instruments and/or Shark will be a great advantage.
· Prior experience porting applications into iPhone
· Experience integrating iPhone applications to Apple Store
· Development background with C, C++, .Net, Php, SOAP or ActionScript is a plus.
· Experience working on other mobile platforms such as, Androids, Windows Mobile, Blackberry SDK, Brew, or J2ME is also considered a plus.
· Good optimization and debugging skills
· Ability to work alone, as well as in a team.
