Hi, I am needing help. My doctor posted my pic on Craigslist. Please tell me what i should do. A friend of mine saw the posting. I agree that is not the right route. I just need some advice. Should i just let the medical board take care of it? No, i did not sign anything. She posted my pic and things that i told my counselor.
Thanks

I'm pretty sure you would have had to sign a release or that breaks this thing called "doctor-patient confidentiality." Stealing her password is def. not the right route. Consulting a lawyer seems a tad bit more reasonable.
Also - this belongs in the Community Discussion forum.

Hi, I am needing help. My doctor posted my pic on Craigslist and i have her username. I am wondering if anyone knows how i could somehow get into her password so i can get a copy of the post. It is not posted anymore but it is still in her account. I need a copy. Or tell me what i should do. A friend of mine saw the posting.
thanks
You could try contacting craigslist. A medical professional doing that sort of thing is serious business, could lead to them losing their ability to practice.

This has nothing to do with Apple.
Sue him for a breach of patient confidentiality.

I would def. contact the medical board and not the forums.

First contact an attorney, then the state medical board, then craigslist. I find it hard to believe a reputable medical professional would do this; it is a serious violation of patient confidentiality.
