So some of you (ok, most of you) are already thinking that I'm absolutely insane for suggesting something as ludicrous as staying with AT&T. But have any of you actually put into thought as to why I might do this yet? <break so you can think>
When the iPhone first launched, AT&T's EDGE network was flooded with a gazillion times more traffic than usual. When the iPhone 3G came out, AT&T's network got even more traffic. You know the problems: bad reception because iPhones demanded too much power, dropped calls, can't read visual voicemail, etc. So when Apple finally moves the iPhone away from the massively overcrowded AT&T network over to Verizon and the hordes of Apple fanboys move along with it, AT&T subscribers will get a breath of fresh air. And then all the iPhone fanboys will begin crying to Apple telling them to leave Verizon and we'll all end up with Sprint. So instead of having to face the same old problems on a different network, wouldn't you rather just stick with AT&T and not deal with it?
