Apple Sucks

I purchaseed my 4th computer from Apple and had a small issue.
I have sent 9 emails to them, various departments and made 4 phone calls.
I have not received one reply!
I will never purchase another product from them and will spend every free minute I have letting every corp. purchasing dept know of their crapy service.

Ok, don't purchase another one, it's entirely up to you. I think my MacBook is the best computer I've ever had, by far. But that's my opinion and yours is yours.

emailing Apple was your first action? simply call them and describe your problem or go to an Apple Store.
