UK courts rule against Apple advertisitng claims

that the machine was "the world's fastest personal computer"

that it was "the first with a 64-bit processor"

and that "the systems built around the G5 can shatter the 4-gigabyte memory ceiling that limits every other PC on earth".

Well 2 out of 3 facts isn't bad :D (ASA din't accept the fastest claim)

Mind you I think the Comment "Worlds Fastest Computer" will live again to be shown another day ;)
