The only thing mentioned in the release notes in iTunes is that this fixes an SMS vulnerability. However, the download is 229.4 MB (for an iPhone 2G at least). Downloading now... Wonder what else they snuck in?

Umm no offense but this is old news it was released a week ago.

WHOA! Did you come from a time machine??? The update has been available since July 29th. You must have slept through it.

I just got the notification through iTunes. Whoops! Please ignore me.
