I've been reading these forums for a while and am a bit confused. Does everyone think mms does not work on the iPhone yet? I mean I know it doesn't straight from the box but it is possible. I have it working on my 3GS and have had it working since I had my 3G. It's not very hard either just a little time consuming. I wud post pics but this is my first time posting and I'm doing it from my phone so I don't really know how :). I wud rather not post the instructions publicly because AT&T may somehow catch wind of it. (don't ask how I don't know) but if someone needs help just send me a pm and I'll be happy to explain.
edit: look like no one can PM for watever reason so just go for e mail option. and please let me know wat ur asking about ( internet or mms) although i just figured out they might come as a bundle...oh well why not save $15-$20 a month

And what, stop you from using a service that they'll let you be using in a month? I don't think so.

I've heard that the instructions for doing this are hidden in the same place as the forum search feature...

thanks for understanding where i was coming from bro. i appreciate the props. and for those who misunderstood and also i may have not explained it in enough detail my method to getting the mms setting to show is NOT a secret and is pretty well known but the method used to get it working from att's side is not a genius plan or anything its just something i havent read anymore on the net. and trust me i did my share of research on this before i figured it out. only reason i posted on here is because everyone complains about not having it so i figured i help those who really want it now. anyways ill attach a couple pix as proof that it is working. btw i also pay $10 for the internet. lol. i can try and help anyone if they like with that also.
ps i know everyones tired of these threads but just chill out and take a second to understand wat someone is saying...it might be useful

The thing is you're not saying anything.... You think you're the only one that has mms running on your 3g/3gs?

i only put that pic in there to show that wat settings i have. like i said in that post getting mms working on ur side isnt the hard part it making it work from att's that is. so if u wanna be a smart ass pay attention to detail or u look u'll look like a jackass.
and as for the sarcasm quote, i didnt feel like it was sarcasm so i thanked the guy. if it really was sarcasm and i read it wrong then the owner of the post shud let me know. not some third party idiot.
and im not at all saying that im the only genius who figured out how to make it work. im sure thousands of others have their own ways of getting it to work. i just have read a lot posts about people trying to make it work and not figuring it out. so i thought id help.
and for the ONE person who asked about how i got it to work PM me and ill let u know like i said i rather not post it publicly. it just increases the chances of att putting a stop to it.
btw if u bothered replying only to talk ****....thats pretty lame...u shud try and find something more productive to do with ur free time :)
