Luckily I had a Griffin Reveal case and a screen protector on it! The case shows some serious signs of damage. The screen protector is also badly gouged. The scratch on the screen protector is deep enough so that I can clearly feel it. In fact, it looked so deep I originally thought the ihpone screen itself was scratched. I am happy to report that the phone itself is sill in pristine condition!

I know there is a lot of debate over case vs no case, screen protector or naked, etc. I too prefer my phone au natural but after what just happened I am very happy I had it protected.

I'm glad to here your phone is ok, but honestly, you really don't have to post stuff like this. there's a general consensus that cases and screen protectors usually do their job. but thanks anyways

If he wants to post it, then he will post it. No one is stopping you from posting anything.

I dust say he can't post things. I'm just saying it's not necessary. I'm happy for him, but I was just thinking from the title, that he would need help with his phone.

and actually, the moderators can prevent you from posting stuff if it's vulgar or hateful

The cases and protectors seem to collect dirt ... Dirt is more annoying than scratches to me.

i take off my case every now and then to clean off the dirt and make sure no scratches are sustained. pretty good so far
