Scot Hacker, author of BeOS Bible (http://www.beosbible.com/excerpts.html) and long-time BeOS afficionado, has written a lengthy article comparing pitting OS X and BeOS against each other. With the sinking of BeOS, Scot has come over to OS X and has decided that it is the best operating system out there. It's a great read with plenty of juicy details.

X.1 is the best operating system ever, 9.1 was good but OSX simply ROCKS!

Is there a link to the article that Scot Hacker wrote?
I'd like to read it for myself.

I don't know if this is the same article as mentioned above (it's about a year old), but here is the URL:

The URL that 'edenwaith' has mentioned is a predecessor to the one in the news item, and is mentioned in the new article.
Now that Macrumors has updated the story with the link I've had a chance to read it. It's quite lengthy, but definitely good reading, and fair. Scot Hacker's evangelism was instrumental in gettting me to look into BeOS, and I'm glad to hear he is now on the Mac OS X bandwagon.
I hope Apple listens to people like Scot Hacker so they can make OS X the absolute best.
