What service does it run on? I've got verizon...

I believe it would be either ATTWS or Cingular. Verizon uses a different technology (CDMA) and T-Mobile sold the T610.

I would also like to know if it locked/unlocked, and if it is locked, which system?

I beleive that the phone is locked onto AT&T network. There is a space for the sim card.

my att cards worked in my t637, byt my cingular card didnt work in the att phone.
