Costco is the bessst when you have a member ship there

I bought two xbox 360 from there and they both broke but costco lets me return my xbox anytime i want and then i can just buy a new one from there , its great . Also last year i bought a 16g ipod touch from there and im running out of space so im going to return it and im going to get the 32g ipod touch there . Im just going to tell them that its acting up on me which is kinda true . I love costcos!!!! On another note , i accidentally deleted the recent added playlist in itunes . How do i get it back ?

1. Lying to "exchange" things is wrong.

2. People that abused this policy, led them to make the following changes to said policy (and it's been in place for more than a year).

yes there is that 90 day policy, but if you go and say it seems to be acting up and freezes and locks up sometimes, they should give you a new one or what not.

on the occasion they will ask you to replicate the problem, but they usually dont care.

Costco charges the same price as Amazon for iPods, but you pay sales tax at Costco. 90-day return policy is great, but I will be ordering from Amazon to avoid the sales tax.

Returning a defective item is one thing. Returning it to get the bigger model is an abuse. If there are enough people like you Costco's policy will soon be changing, as it changed the computer return policy from unlimited to 90-days. Because of people like you.

Notice, 360 isn't part of the electronics required for 90 days. But iPods/mp3 players are.

To be honest, you don't deserve the iPod. If you were my child, you'd certainly would not get it, let alone a number of things you may have.

I don't know what to be disgusted more about: the fact that you have no integrity to honour a store's policies...

Or the fact that your parents never taught nor instilled in you the values/morals of character and integrity. Both are sad.

Do what you want, but keep in mind that by doing this, you might be the reason that Costco cancels your parents' membership; all because you are trying to pull some abusive fast one on a store to get something for nothing. Pathetic.
