Where do Entourage's resources live?

I like Entourage but it's too fruity for me. I'd like to tone down the graphics (no offense to the Iconfactory.) Shouldn't this be possible by replacing the resource graphics? Anyone know where these live?

I'd like to start with those awful blue folders.

I personaly wouldn't dink with any micro$oft software. I'm sure it's barely hanging on by a thread as it it. You could really bugger it up.
