/sarcasm

I see a pattern in my short time here on Macrumors

a) Speculate what day new update/feature is going to come out
b) Complain that new update/feature is still not available
c) Speculate precise time when update/feature is going to come out
d) Complain that update/feature came out a few hours too late
e) Make threads about being the first to have update/feature
f) Complain about new update/feature
g) Speculate about new unreleased iPhone
... etc

I thought this was suppose to be MacRumors, not MacSpeculate + Complain

Maybe there should be a side forum for actual rumors ( with evidence/reliable source)

At least the troubleshooting/battery/wifi/poor signal threads have some useful merit :apple:

Better argument is the iPhone is not a Mac, but seriously what do you really expect, us to make a farfetched idea.

I've read Dr. Q and WildCowboy talk about this a few times and they always refer people this this entry in the FAQ (http://guides.macrumors.com/Help:MacRumors_FAQ#Why_does_a_.22Mac_rumors.22_site_have_so_many_stories_about_iPods_and_iPhones.3F) .

I think the iPhone forum has a very different attitude than the rest of the forums though.

He also joined the site at a bad time, when everyone was waiting for MMS and the newest OS.

People make stupid posts then others cry when people let them know it. Wild speculation is par for the course here, but ffs don't point it out, some will pm you and cry about it.
