Well, I highly doubt it but there are other questions
What ISP do you have?
What exactly are you downloading?
How much are you downloading?

In the UK, my ISP would email or ring you up to tell you to cut down on your traffic (fair usage policy and all that) if you ignore the three warnings they then would privately throttle your connection on an evening to some horribly slow speed making downloading useless. They know what your doing but they never mention it because everyone is doing it, i bet the employee ringing you does it.

Even legal torrents get throttled too. So no matter what you're doing, unless you do nothing, you're gonna get throttled :p.

I get good downs all the time on torrents. I download game beta's via torrent most of the time because they are much faster than direct download.

CS4 is available in all good shops. Stealing it is illegal and can land you in all sorts of trouble.

We're not big fans of pirating software here.
Thanks.
