Now that I have jailbreaked 3.1.2 3GS

I have installed TomTom and got it into the ipa format, but when I try to install it via Itunes, it keeps coming up with errors and it redirects me to a different page.

No this was the 1st time I was able to jailbreak...Do I search that within cydia?

Jailbreaking and piracy are two different things.

If it a 3GS it might not accept IPA's because you have to mod the app folder installous isnt needed it just downloads ipa's. By the way it is piracy.

Thanks for your understanding. For a variety of reasons, not limited to the fact that we have many developers here who make their livelihood writing this software and that this site faces a host of potential legal consequences if we allow discussion of means of pirating apps, we just can't allow this type of discussion.
