Hello,

Due to other projects and obligations I have no time left to pursue my iPhone developer adventure any further for the time being. I have a complete iPhone game, which 'was' approved by Apple and was in the App store for a couple of months. Sales have been disappointing, which I think has a lot to do with lack of marketing and the fact it was on page 12 in the App Store from day one. I want to sell the app (the source code, graphics (also .psd), domain+website, all rights, everything) to someone who want to relaunch the game and/or reuse/change it for other games.

The website of the game is http://www.xartec.com/iblastaball/
You can find a third-party review here: http://www.iphoneappsfinder.com/games-apps/iblastaball/

The game is of the genre ball blaster, includes a power up system, save game, and many other reusable features.

Contact me by PM/email for more screenshots/details and offers.

Edit: Following are the 5 screenshots that were in the App store:

I've had quite a few emails about this topic and as long as Macrumors doesn't mind I'd like to answer some of the questions here instead of replying by email one by one.

1. It's an OpenGL game. It has several custom drawing functions which for example displays a particular color ball with a particular ignition phase from a strip/atlas. Same for power ups, projectiles and explosions.

2. I didn't plan on selling the code when I wrote, however I do try to reuse my own functions throughout different projects so it's fairly modular and someone with little experience should be able to figure out easily. I'd be happy to explain portions if needed (to a reasonable extend of course) and will comment more code before I send it if desired.

It's currently in the App Store again, not sure if you are able to see anything using the new preview option Apple released but I still have most of the review codes.

As for the most common question, what the price is, I haven't set one, the eventual buyer will determine the price. If you want to make an offer and need a rough guideline, you don't have to bother me with 2-figures and I don't expect 4-figures either. :)

If anyone wants more info let me know.

I'm sorry; this is a somewhat unusual topic, or at least, I don't recall having come across a thread like this, but we only allow sale/purchase threads under limited circumstances (see here), and so I'm going to have to close this. Best of luck to you, and I hope you understand.
