iPod won't wake up!!

Oh no!

It worked as recently as noon today, but just now, I found that my iPod wouldn't wake up! I thought maybe I'd left it on, and that it had no battery left to even wake up for a minute or so, but I got home and plugged it in to my PowerBook and ... nothing! No change in the visual display, no hard drive clicking, nothing!

Ahh! What do I do?

I did leave it in the car, and it was a little hot today, but not really that hot, so I doubt that's related, but for what it's worth, there it is.

Anyone? Please!

hold menu and play/pause for aprox. 10seconds. make sure its pluged in 2 the wall

you did a reset on the ipod.. i had to reset my ipod about twice and I"ve had it for about a year.
