It probably is better in terms of audio support and video output and recording. It obviously doesn't have apps like the iPod though so it will be dependant on what the end user is looking for.

The iPod Touch isn't the greatest MP3 player to ever grace the earth.

Did anyone actually READ the review? Ok maybe the headline states that but the review does not. The only thing where he directly compares the Archos and the ipod is in his conclusion. He is talking about watching video and says the Archos is better in that department.

He is not a positive on it for its other capabilities.

I wish people would actually READ the article before initially posting, and then also wish others would read the article before providing feedback.

I read the article, other than a larger screen doesn't really seem like his review even paints that the Archos is better than a Touch or iPhone, yet. I think the title of his review is just misleading to attract more readers.

I do hope an Android device and the Android marketplace are successful soon. I love the Touch/iPhone, but more options would be good for price drops and innovation.

I'm glad you read it and I agree with you. Usually the headlines are written by a seperate writer and only to get attention. It is ridiculous how bad it is sometimes.

But obviously, the headline writers are succeeding in their job and it has gotten to the point of ridiculousness sometimes.
