Ignore the guy above.

You should be able to login to your iTunes account on your new laptop and authorise the new laptop with your iTunes account.
The only problem is that you might not be able to sync all your songs as I've had problems in the past where it would only sync the contents of my library and thus remove anything else on my iPhone.

Restore your itunes library from backup, of course.

Everyone should be backing up their iTunes folder to an external drive. It makes restoring so simple. :)

Of course cracked apps will get you the boot real soon.

You spent $2,000 on a laptop but you can't spend $10 to buy the apps?

Karma is a bitch.

Actually, karma would be "Your iPhone gets stolen also, the police recover it for you, find it has cracked aps on it, then they prosecute you for the cracked apps", now that would be karma.

Yep, you are right they also don't care about the stolen laptops. Thank you.
In any forum in this world is the same ... as well ....have somebody, who want just to talk, not to help ... thank you ...

Anyway ... I ask something absolutely different ...

You asked how to get your cracked apps off your phone. Discussion of that is not allowed here.

Any legally-downloaded apps will be re-synched after you set up your iTunes account. Likewise your contacts, etc. You can get your music off with an application like Senuti.

In any forum in this world is the same ... as well ....have somebody, who want just to talk, not to help ... thank you ...

Also in every forum in the world there are rules. This forum has a rule that you cannot discuss cracked apps. Can you not understand that what you have posted here is a clear violation of the rules of this forum?

I thought macrumors was above this type of behavior. It is not your place to be the moral police and lecture him. Answer the part of his question that is legitimate, ignore the small part that said the word "cracked" or close the thread.

the OP only included that information as a very minor piece of his question. He came here looking for help trying to sync his phone to another computer, not about finding cracked apps/cracking apps/or stealing anything for that matter.

This forum is supposed to be helping him with his underlying issue since the issue he is dealing has nothing to do with legality. Don't speak to the part of his question about syncing cracked apps, but the real issue. His laptop was stolen and he wants to sync his phone with another PC...simple as that. I have no answer for the OP since I haven't had much experience syncing with multiple computers, but I'm sure some people here do.

Many developers post on this forum, why would they wnnt to help someone who is stealing from them. I don't know how to remedy the situation either, wouldn't help even if I did.

truncj: how is our posting to remind the OP that his post violates the forum rules any less legitimate than you posting to tell us how we should respond? Since our posts are based on the forum rules and yours is based on your own opinion, I don't think they are. In fact, I would argue that by your own rules of forum behavior your post was far less legitimate than mine, since I actually answered the OP's question and you didn't even make an attempt to!

If you believe that the small portion of his question that violates the rules is reason enough to deny him an answer from those who DO have the answer, so be it. Even if that is macrumor's consensus, then the thread should be closed, still not becoming a thread about morals and karma. As far as the legitimacy of this thread, it had no legitimacy after the first reply that read "*gets the popcorn and waits* ". What I'm trying to get at is that we shouldn't make the post into a spectacle. Either close it or respond appropriately.

Note:I have seen the message the OP is referring to about iTunes warning about removing everything on his iPhone in exchange for the information on his new computer and I have accepted that message without losing my information. Am I confident enough in this procedure to tell the OP to go ahead an click okay? no, i'm not. So I'd rather let someone who is sure advise him, rather than myself.

Or perhaps instead you should stop presuming to tell everyone else how to post. People have every right to respond to whichever portion of a post they see fit so long as their responses are within the rules of the board. Where do you get off telling us that our posts are not legitimate? None of us except for the OP has violated forum rules, and our posts are, in my opinion, right on point.

Note: I did, in fact, answer the OP's question in my original post.

How bout you ignore yourself.

And yes.. good, you deserved it OP. I don't care where you live, it's not cool to steal people's work like that.
