I just got a iphone 3gs 16gb brand new in a box that is locked to Rogers in Canada as a gift and it's not needed as I am happy with my current phone. So I'm thinking of putting it up on ebay, how do much should I sell it for?

I recommend to sell it on Craigslist,no fees, person to person and cash right away.
You will get between 500 and 550.

Thanks, I was looking on craigslist just now and ppl are selling used ones for $600. I'm going to ask $700 for it considering it's brand new?

700 is a little high considering you can buy it at the apple store for 699.
