I recently bought a game called spore
i need to update my system in order to play it.

i have mac os x 10.4.11
i need mac os x 10.5.3

i downloaded mac os x 10.5.0 iso file
i then burned it to DVD+Rdl.it has 8.5GB

when i click on the disc, it just shows hole buch of folders. im guessing its the content of the iso.

i spoke to my friend and he said that i have to boot from dvd to run it
i looked up how to do this.

1hold down or press "c" key when booting from computer.when i do this, the screen goes grey like its about to boot.then the disc ejects out by itself. the computer then does a regular boot.

2press "option" key.when i do this it brings me to a screen. it has "refresh" button,"next" button. between that is mac os x HD.the disc doesn't apear on the option

3press comand-option-shift-delete.this does nothing

any help or instructions would be great

If you're to dumb to use it, don't steal it.
