I'm Panicking Here!

Everytime I put my mac to sleep it goes into sleep mode but upon wake-up it kernel panics, after reading through what is says I can assertain that it is my dsl modem, and usb hub. Any ideas on what I could do to stop the panics? Apart from that the modem functions perfectly.

try disconnecting the hub and see if it wakes up ok
