How can I make a vcd w/ an .avi or mpg file and burn it on a cd (700MB)...

I now have found iVCD.. no need for help thnx

You can also make VCD's using Toast Titanium.

You can also make VCD's using Toast Titanium. I have toast too. Its a very good program for burning cds and dvds. It doesn't cost very much. Ok, I just checked the site and its 80$. That is kind of expensive. http://www.roxio.com/en/products/toast/index.jhtml
