View Full Version : Emergency--i Saw Witnessed Someone Knock Someone Out

Okay. I have an emergency. I was camming about 20 minutes ago with this random internet guy. He's a nice guy and all. Some random people outside set off fireworks and my friend I was camming with went outside wearing a facemask and attacked one of them with a shovel. The people outside got him back with a metal bat. I saw it all. Thing is, my friend left one of the guys outside unconscious. COULDN'T HE GET IN TROUBLE FOR THAT? I don't know what to do. I'm really shaken up right now or I would have written a longer more detailed post.

Do any of you all know if he could get in trouble for that? Running outside with a facemask and a shovel and attacking someone just because of fireworks...can't be legal...and leaving the person outside?!

The reason I care is because I don't want a phone call from the police asking me what happened since I saw it all.

2) If so () you are a witness to a felonious assault with an injury (or worse)

Grow up!

Stop wasting time on this thread!

Call the cops BEFORE the injured person is a corpse. Witness to assault is better than uncaring bystander. IF there is a murder reported, and the police determine the victim was still alive while you wasted time worrying about your parents and posting on MR, I hope you are in some way found negligent (or at least don't sleep well because of it).

Yikes. So, I would assume that's her zip code (Dallas, GA). Verifiable by reading the photo description "Me with the Christian band 33Miles." and then looking up that photo timestamp with 33miles in google. Yeah, that group played in Griffin, GA on that day, which is about an hour and a half from Dallas, GA.

You're 15 talking to a guy who is 19-20 with a father who is a registered sex offender? Oh yeah. If I were your parents I'd be so thankful for "internet people".

Per her sig she wants a hug...evidently from a bad boy.

OP, I hope you have learnt something today. Good luck sorting this out with your parents. :)

I think you vastly overestimate the innate goodness of man ;)
Many take pride in being a douche and wear it as a badge of honor, not something to hide

Whilst I tottally agree you'll alwasy see those kind of people out there (earlier I saw partyBoys (http://www.myspace.com/colombian_casanova) myspace, was very depressing), but still surely it might (growingly) get into the mindset of a current users as online anonymity is not what it once was.

I'm just glad someone took the OP seriously and didn't dismiss her right away (like I would have).

I don't talk to him often. Just tonight. And when he takes care of himself ie change clothes he looks 16 like he said.

His Facebook page says he's a fan of "Class of 2012." So I would also concur that he is 15-16.

No it has to do with something that happened over a year ago. You wouldn't know what it's in reference to afaik.

Not really I could sign up as a fan will that knock years off my life??

At the end of the day the op eventually done the right thing.

I also think alot of people on here live in the dark ages. My son has a facebook page has done for a couple of years and I know he lied about his age to sign up. But he knows he can tell me anything and asked to sign up before he did it.

Times change and so should people. The Internet is part of most peoples lives now and as long as your smart it's safe.

Okay, man. I'm not lying. I'm scared okay! I didn't have anyone else to ask for help but MR. I'm serious about all of this.

Can't you discuss it with your tarantula?

What I don't get, unless this was addressed later in the thread, is that I doubt you'd be able to see anything happen outside from the position of his webcam. Also that this happened outside his house, yet thinks he wont get in trouble because he wore a mask and different jacket?

This is nothing beyond a kid trying to "impress" you.
