Changing the System Preferences ICON???

Changing the system preferences icon does not seem to work, even when i open the HIToolbox file in Icongrapher i dont see the System prefs icon availible to change, can someone help me out here.

Here's how:
Right-click the System Preferences application and select "show package contents"
Open the folder "Contents"
Open the folder "Resources"
Replace the "PrefApp.icns" with your own .icns file.
