Airport Express - single green flash, then dead?

So, my dad's Ae, which was unplugged before H. Frances, sudenly doesn't appear to work anymore.

So, when you plug it in, it does a single, very short green flash, then goes dark. Doesn't appear on the network or anything like that. I've done a hard reset and even a factory reset.

Anyone else recognize this behavior?

Did you unplug just the power cable or all the cables? 'Cause if you still had the Cat5 connected, that might have fried the AE.
