I have a Sony spressa 1600 Cr/rw fire wire drive. I'm trying to get it to connect to one of my Mac's.
The system recgonizes the drive, but I can't get anythign to mount off of it. it shows up in the list of firewire devices on the bus. Using itunes to try and burn a disc, it will open up the cd drawer. It checks the disk, but then the process just stops. I get somethign similar with Toast.
Both computers on on 10.3. the apple site says that it is compatible.
Any suggestions?
