i'd like to get some sort of stand for my powerbook and oxygen8 midi controller for when i'm playing with my band. so far, the only thing i've found that might work is getting a keyboard stand and putting a board across it to set the laptop and midi controller on, but it doesn't seem like that would be terribly sturdy. anyone have any ideas?

I must concur with djkny, the Griffin iCurve is very nice. and yes, it is very sturdy.
I think that using a tall desk, with the iCurve on it, Powerbook on top, with the MIDI controller under the iCurve (i dont know how big it is), would work great.

Makes working on a desk SO MUCH easier!

thanks for the suggestions, but, when we're either in our practice space, or on stage, there usually isnt a desk available to set stuff up on.
