Depends on the topic. I've seen a lot of different people get on a roll when it comes to a topic they happen to be knowledgeable about.
Alphatech, however, is the one guy with the itchiest trigger finger.

Did I ever mention I'm leaving town for a whle next summer because of the Harley-Davidson 100th Anniversary thing? Downtown Milwaukee was unbearable during the 95th Anniversary, the 100th is going to be absolute hell on earth. 250,000 balding middle aged men in leather competing with each other to see who can disturb the peace most effectively. I also like vacationing in South Dakota during the summer - must be a glutton for punishment or something.
There, think that'll rile him up at all?
I very nearly worked for Harley - got offered a sysadmin position there in 1998. However, the job involved spending some of the time stuck in a basement level under the plant on Capitol (the rest of the time I'd have been in the company headquarters on Juneau), and the other job I was offered the same day was at a place with windows where I already knew three people, so I passed on it.
Since the job I took turned sour after four years, I kinda wonder how things might have turned out if I'd taken it. They had exceptionally good benefits, and the employee discount was something like 30%, so I might well have been talking about the noise in a more positive light :D

Single most interesting member... Hmm... I really can't say.
I do remember, though, when I was a newbie, there was some thread here, and there was some guy being an @$$. I think Eye or someone else was saying "just wait until mischief gets here, that'll be interesting..." I didn't know what to expect, but after all the poo had been thrown around the room, you could tell that there was a nasty flame war :D ... It's funny, though, that there aren't as many flame wars these days. I guess the guys who would start them have either cooled down or left...
What's more interesting than any single poster, is the personality of these forums... Just the type of people we have here give these forums a special feeling...

Loveable? Not always. He's got a lot in common with the "Frasier" character played by Kelsey Grammar: Ego bound, repressed and not willing to admit when he's full of **** or clueless.
Single most interesting: Well, there are several candidates.
Techie Cool: G4Scott, Topicolo, MacAztec, Ensign Paris, Dukestreet, several other relative newcomers that mostly post "out front".
