How do you collaborate at work with your co-workers in a differente location or arround the same office?
video-conferences with iChat? VNC? the problem with VNC is that sharing the desktop is done just between two computers? maybe apple remote desktop ....

Depends on what you want to do. If you just need text on a LAN, Subethaedit from thecodingmonkeys.de (not exactly sure about the site but don't forget the .de) is a rendezvous text editor.
For video there's iChat w iSight of course...
Apple Remote Desktop will let you control a remote mac and have presentations, Timbuktu is another one similar to that...not sure what the differences are if any...
Check out www.versiontracker.com for shareware, updates, etc...:)

Remote Desktop and iChat w/ iSights should cover all of your needs - it depends though, can you be a little more specific?

There are net meeting software on the Mac that can talk to Mac or PCs for collaborating. Video and also a work space where ideas can be shared back and forth are apart of this software.
I use the company I work for right now uses Video conferrences using cameras and TVs for setup meetings with people far away.
