first i only saw ddr-double data rate ram on pentium 4 systems at circuit city

then i saw it on athlon xp desktops

now i saw laptops with ddr ram with the mobile athlon xp processors

all that's left are mac desktops and laptops

how long are we going to be stuck using standard 100/133 mhz sdram when we should be using ddr sdram at 266 mhz?

I think he's just overly exited from posting all those polls. :)

I noticed the spam had receded lately.;) :p

I was talking to a friend of mine today about if new PowerMacs were going to be released on Tuesday. The general (hopeful) consensus is that Apple has been sitting on some technology that will really jump them ahead of the x86 crowd.

Intel will be @ 3GHz this Fall for cryiing out loud!

DDR + ATA133 + next gen CPUs will make Rower a happy boy.:)

I'm serious, I have no idea what all the talk about polls and spamming the Community Discussion is about.

You guys actually think that they will release anything tomorrow (or today as atm it is 12:29 AM Central Time) :D

Tuesday seems to be the consensus with the current promo ending tomorrow (8/12) and the current lack of PowerMacs in the retail channels.

Go read through posts from the last week or so...it might take you a while.:p
