PowerMac G4 466 MHz, 384 MB SDRAM, GeForce 3 64mb gfx with ADC and regular monitor plugins, DVD ROM (NO CDRW), ethernet (NO 56k), 2 firefire, 2 USB, comes in original box.

NEC MultiSync LCD1565 15' monitor, roughly 9 months old very clean and sexy, no dead pixels.
Apple 40GB iPod 3rd Gen, bought this year with box, all accessories, dock AND a 4 year warranty from best buy. So say the ipod breaks or you wanted a new model, return it to bestbuy and they give you a new one.
Belkin Voice Recorder- Not the best but it still gets the job done. Was really only used for a short time.

Credenitals: I run two sites--if I were to ever "screw" someone over and it was found out by people who visit my site? Well that wouldn't look good for me at all ya know?
P.S. I don't exactly know how to package that much stuff. If you the buyer want it all in one box, thats fine. If you want it to come seperate in their individual boxes thats fine also.
