NEW PB hinges Broke?...

I have a NEW PowerBook 12" and the hinges are way to lose and make craking nosies when I open it... Any ideas for this, like WD40?

:) :rolleyes:Don't use WD-40 or you might void the warranty. Of course, if you were just joking, I was just playing along.

The screen hinge shouldn't be loose, but since I don't have a 12" PB, I can't attest to that. Plus, what you consider loose may not be what others consider loose.

You should probably take it to an Apple Store if you have one nearby. Or you could call Apple and talk about it with them.

Well I was just joking, I would never hurt a Mac :) .... But I took it in and they said the would take it in the back and fix them... And for taking 3 min on my PB seems odd maybe WD 40 :rolleyes: :) :cool: ... Well at any rate I got it fixed.. Thanks for the replies...
